Sign in at nab.com.au, open Statements, and download PDF. One statement period per file keeps balances comparable.
What this converter looks for
Australian statements often print DD/MM/YYYY. Check a known transaction so day and month were not swapped.
Output is Excel or CSV with date, description, debit, credit and amount columns. A matching total does not prove every description is correct.
Limits
One PDF at a time. Large files process in the background; files over 1 GB need a paid plan. Password-protected PDFs are rejected. English-language native PDFs and clear English scans work best.
