These terms cover the free converter and website. If they conflict with a later paid-product agreement, that later agreement controls for the paid product only.
The service
BankExcel Converter helps you turn a PDF bank statement into a reviewable Excel or CSV file. It is provided as-is, without a warranty of fitness for bookkeeping, tax, or audit use.
Your responsibility
You must review every reconstructed row against the source PDF before you post it. A reconciled balance chain means the extracted numbers add up to each other. It does not mean every description is correct or that a transaction was not missed by OCR.
Acceptable files
Upload only statements you are allowed to process. Do not upload files that contain other people’s financial data unless you have the right to do so. Password-protected and damaged PDFs are rejected.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, BankExcel Converter is not liable for lost profits, incorrect books, or damages arising from reliance on an unverified export. This is not financial, legal, or tax advice.
