How to download a BMO statement PDF
Sign in at bmo.com, open Statements, and download PDF. Canadian and U.S. BMO accounts use different logins; use the statement issued for that account.
What this converter looks for
Canadian statements may use DD/MM dates. Confirm day and month on the first and last transactions in the preview.
Output is Excel or CSV with date, description, debit, credit and amount columns. A matching total does not prove every description is correct.
Limits
One PDF at a time. Large files process in the background; files over 1 GB need a paid plan. Password-protected PDFs are rejected. English-language native PDFs and clear English scans work best.
