How to download a National Bank statement PDF
Sign in at nbc.ca, open Statements, and download the PDF. If the file is French-only, check dates and amounts extra carefully before import.
What this converter looks for
Chequing and credit-card layouts differ. Compare the preview closing figure with the balance printed on the statement.
Output is Excel or CSV with date, description, debit, credit and amount columns. A matching total does not prove every description is correct.
Limits
One PDF at a time. Large files process in the background; files over 1 GB need a paid plan. Password-protected PDFs are rejected. English-language native PDFs and clear English scans work best.
