How to download a Monzo statement PDF
In the Monzo app open Account, then Statements, and download PDF. Monzo also offers CSV; use this converter when you only have the PDF.
What this converter looks for
App PDFs are usually single-column. Still check merchant names and pending versus settled amounts.
Output is Excel or CSV with date, description, debit, credit and amount columns. A matching total does not prove every description is correct.
Limits
One PDF at a time. Large files process in the background; files over 1 GB need a paid plan. Password-protected PDFs are rejected. English-language native PDFs and clear English scans work best.
