How to download a NatWest statement PDF
Sign in at natwest.com, open Statements, and download PDF. Use one statement period per file so opening and closing balances stay comparable.
What this converter looks for
Some NatWest PDFs include a running balance. Compare the last calculated balance with the statement total.
Output is Excel or CSV with date, description, debit, credit and amount columns. A matching total does not prove every description is correct.
Limits
One PDF at a time. Large files process in the background; files over 1 GB need a paid plan. Password-protected PDFs are rejected. English-language native PDFs and clear English scans work best.
