Sign in at halifax.co.uk, open Statements, and save the PDF. Download one statement period so opening and closing balances stay comparable.
What this converter looks for
Credits and debits may share one amount column. Check signs in the preview before you import the file.
Output is Excel or CSV with date, description, debit, credit and amount columns. A matching total does not prove every description is correct.
Limits
One PDF at a time. Large files process in the background; files over 1 GB need a paid plan. Password-protected PDFs are rejected. English-language native PDFs and clear English scans work best.
