Native Web Connect Integration
This parser writes OFX 1.02 with an INTU.BID header so QuickBooks Desktop can treat the file as a Web Connect statement. It is not a live bank feed.
STATEMENT FILE CONVERTER

Choose FileThis parser writes OFX 1.02 with an INTU.BID header so QuickBooks Desktop can treat the file as a Web Connect statement. It is not a live bank feed.
Review reconstructed rows in this browser before you download. Catch bank-side wrapping, flipped signs, and unclear payees before QuickBooks sees the file. A matching printed total is not a guarantee that every description is correct.
Many QuickBooks Desktop company files still import Web Connect. QuickBooks QuickBooks Online supports manual uploads; generated files still need import testing. The QBO carries statement descriptions, not your Chart of Accounts. Test your edition before you post.
Drag and drop a checking or savings statement PDF into this browser tab. No account is required until you hit the free page allowance. Password-protected files are rejected. Credit card PDFs have their own converter.
Financial OCR reads transaction rows and maps description text into OFX NAME and MEMO. Opening and closing totals are compared when they are printed. This is not a Chart of Accounts mapping. Resolve severe validation findings before you create an import file.
Download the native .qbo, open QuickBooks, and import via Web Connect or Bank Feeds on a backup company file. Check a sample of amounts against the PDF before you post live books.
QuickBooks does not parse a bank letterhead. File import looks for OFX/QBO metadata so it can populate the register. A statement PDF is a picture of activity, not that file.
Wrapped descriptions, mixed debit/credit columns, and repeating headers break generic extracts. This parser isolates dates and amounts into STMTTRN rows you can review first.
Photocopies, faxes, and phone photos have no reliable text layer. Financial OCR in this tab turns page images into rows. Unclear fee lines still need a human pass.
The QBO copies descriptions from the statement. You still assign accounts in QuickBooks after import. Free includes 20 pages per day. Keep this tab open on large files.
Older company files and some banks still rely on Web Connect files.
If the client emailed a scan, reconstruct rows here, then import the QBO you reviewed.
Try a short statement on a copy of the company file before touching live books.
The portal gave a PDF. This page is the conversion step, not a substitute for reconciling.
Local extraction runs first. Eligible paid sessions may send redacted page text for cloud AI repair, not statement photographs.
Review the same rows, then pick QBO for QuickBooks or Excel if you are staying in a workbook.
The file is OFX 1.02 with an INTU.BID header, which Desktop uses for Web Connect. Test on a backup company file. We do not claim every Desktop year and region accepts it. QuickBooks Online also supports manual uploads. Test the generated file in your account before relying on it.
Yes. Native PDFs use the text layer. Scanned pages and JPG/PNG photos use financial OCR in this browser. Blurry pages need extra review. Free includes 20 pages per day. Keep this tab open on large files.
Each downloaded row includes a FITID derived from date, amount, description, and a repeat index. QuickBooks can treat a matching FITID as already imported. Re-importing the same statement can still create duplicates if you edited rows or used a different file. Review the register after a test import.
Standard conversion reads the file in this browser tab. The original PDF is not uploaded to a conversion server. Closing the tab ends active processing; saved browser history and downloaded files may remain. Cloud AI repair uses remaining paid pages, not the 20 free pages. Account, card, IBAN, and government-ID numbers are masked except the last four digits. Statement photographs are not sent. That inference is not stored by BankExcel and is not used to train models.
Unlisted English-language layouts can still convert. The parser looks for dates, descriptions, and amounts rather than a named bank template. Review flagged rows. Only bank pages with an explicit dated test record provide format evidence, not a promise that every product or year will import cleanly.
Free includes 20 pages per day. Paid plans add monthly pages. If you already have a spreadsheet, use CSV to QBO instead.
Review reconstructed rows in this browser, then download a Web Connect file. Confirm the import in your QuickBooks edition before you post.
